Hi, I'm Erika, your Polarity Therapy Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Intuitive, and occasional Medium. I am an Arizona native. I worked in the banking industry for over 15 years and decided, after a life changing trip to Bali in 2019, I needed a career change. I knew I needed to be in a position to assist others become the best version of themselves. Fast forward almost 4 years and now I get the pleasure of doing what I love everyday.
I found and fell in love with Polarity Therapy in 2019. What I love about it is this work wakes you up, it holds you accountable, and it creates a space for your innate intelligence to take care of you. Polarity Therapy
Polarity therapy is an alternative therapy that involves balancing the flow of energy in the body to improve and/or maintain health. Polarity therapy uses a number of techniques, including touch, reflexology, sound, stretching/exercises, nutrition, and self-awareness to balance energy flow and restore health to the body. Integrative Craniosacral Therapy is also incorporated in my Polarity sessions.
CranioSacral therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (the triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. CST is noninvasive and uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. Through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.
